These terms set out the conditions for using the Akuma Forge website, our product demos and Akuma Proyectos and Akuma Pedidos accounts. By using them you accept these conditions; if you don't agree, please don't use them.
1. Who we are
Akuma Forge is a software development studio founded by Michael Andres Silva Valdes. We build custom apps and systems, automations and our own products: Akuma Proyectos and Akuma Pedidos.

2. Using the website
You're free to browse the site and share its links. The information we publish is for guidance: it describes our services and products, but it isn't a binding offer.
Service examples show what's possible, not work delivered to clients, and screenshots and demos use sample data.
3. Contact form
The details you send through the form (name, email, company and your project description) are used only to reply to your inquiry. We don't sell them or share them with third parties for advertising.
Sending the form doesn't commit either party to anything. Please don't include passwords, banking details or confidential information about others.
4. Custom projects
Each project is agreed separately through a proposal that sets out the scope, price, payment terms, schedule, deliverables, support and ownership of the work.
If a project's proposal or contract says something different from these terms, what's agreed in that document prevails.
5. Demos
The Akuma Proyectos and Akuma Pedidos demos need no sign-up, last 1 hour and are fully deleted when they end or when you end them early. Nobody else sees your demo.
They use sample data. Don't enter real personal data or confidential information: the demo exists only to try the product.
To protect the service, we limit how many demos can be created from the same connection within a period of time. Demos may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
6. Akuma Proyectos and Akuma Pedidos accounts
Accounts for real use are set up for each organization as agreed with Akuma Forge, including the plan, the number of people and the period of use.
Each person is responsible for keeping their password secret and for turning on two-step verification when it's available. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, let us know as soon as possible.
The organization is responsible for who has access to its account, the permissions it grants and the information it records, including information about its own clients.
The data you record remains yours. We process it only to provide the service and, when the relationship ends, we can agree to hand it over or delete it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the site, demos or apps for illegal activities or to publish unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Try to access accounts, data or parts of the system you aren't authorized to access, or get around security measures.
- Deliberately overload the service, automate demo creation or send bulk messages through the form.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, giving notice where possible.
8. Intellectual property
The site, the Akuma Forge brand, Akuma Proyectos, Akuma Pedidos and their software belong to Akuma Forge. Using them doesn't give you any rights over them beyond the use allowed by these terms.
The content you upload (text, files and images) remains yours; you only authorize us to store and display it to provide the service. For custom projects, ownership of the work is set out in the proposal.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site and apps running continuously and securely, but we can't guarantee they'll always be available or error-free. There may be interruptions for maintenance, provider outages or causes beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Akuma Forge isn't liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by misuse of the service. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Privacy
We process personal data only for the purposes described in these terms and in line with applicable data protection law. We use technical cookies, such as the one that remembers your language, and a bot check on the form.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us at contact@akumaforge.com.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or the law change. We'll publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we'll notify organizations with an active account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Before taking any other route, we'll try to resolve any disagreement directly and amicably.
