Terms

  • 14-day free trial, no card required. The regular price applies from the first payment.
  • Free initial setup (up to one hour) for the first five companies.
  • Payment by bank transfer or deposit: we send you the details on WhatsApp.
  • When you reach your limit, everything you already have keeps working; you only need a bigger plan to add more.
  • If you don’t renew, the account is suspended without deleting your data and is reactivated when you pay.

Active user: an enabled account, even if it didn’t sign in that month. Project in progress: draft, active or paused; completed and archived projects don’t count.

How much does a project cost?

The cost depends on the scope, features and integrations. First we define the need, then we prepare a proposal.

How much do Akuma Pedidos and Akuma Proyectos cost?

From $29 per month per app (VAT included), or $49 for both, with a 14-day free trial. See the Pricing section for all plans.

How long does it take?

The schedule is agreed when the project is defined. Complexity and priorities affect how long it takes.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. You can start by explaining the problem, who will use the tool and what you need to achieve.

Can you work with tools I already use?

Yes, as long as the tool can connect with other systems (for example, through an API or by exporting its data). We check this in the first conversation and tell you whether it is possible before preparing the proposal.

Is maintenance included?

It depends on what we agree. The proposal states in writing whether it includes support after launch, for how long and under what terms.
